How long does a typical wall painting course last? ↓
Our foundational wall painting program runs for 6 weeks with two 3-hour sessions per week. Advanced ceiling techniques courses span 8 weeks with a heavier emphasis on scaffold safety and spray equipment.
What materials are included in the course tuition? ↓
Tuition covers premium primers, two grades of paint, rollers, brushes, extension poles, drop cloths, and professional-grade tape. Students keep all tools upon successful completion.
Do I need prior painting experience to enroll? ↓
No experience is required for our beginner tracks. We welcome complete novices and provide step-by-step guidance from surface preparation through final finish coats.
What types of surfaces do you teach students to paint? ↓
We cover drywall, plaster, wood, concrete, metal, and textured surfaces. Ceiling instruction includes flat, vaulted, tray, and coffered designs with proper ventilation techniques.
Are your courses available online or only in person? ↓
All programs combine in-person studio work with optional online theory modules. Hands-on workshops are held exclusively at our San Francisco atelier and partner sites.
Can I purchase tools and paint separately from courses? ↓
Yes. Our catalog offers a carefully curated selection of professional tools and premium finishes for purchase independently of enrollment.
What is your cancellation and refund policy? ↓
Students may cancel up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund. After that point, a 50% credit toward future enrollment is offered.
Do you offer certifications upon completion? ↓
Every graduate receives an official Climblance Atelier certificate of mastery recognized by leading design studios across the country.
