By accessing or using the Climblance Atelier website, courses, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Climblance Atelier provides professional training resources for wall and ceiling painting craftsmanship. Your use of the site must comply with all applicable laws. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our platform or use our content for commercial redistribution without written consent.
All content, including course materials, videos, and the Climblance Atelier brand, remain the exclusive property of Climblance Atelier. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased materials for personal use only.
All purchases are final. Refunds are available only if the course is cancelled by Climblance Atelier or in cases of documented technical failure. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for refund consideration.
All training materials are provided “as is.” Climblance Atelier makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of instructional content. Results from training depend on individual practice and materials used.
Climblance Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific course in question.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased materials will cease immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County.
